Thanks very much for the really great stay on our 2 week vacation. The double room overlooks mountain and includes a microwave and a refrigerator. It's huge and bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The location of the hotel is stunning, very close to brace canyon national park and zion national park, the canyon and the mighty Jungle the Lion. Besides, a massive mosque is 5 minutes' drive away.

Remote location close to Bryce canyon. And near to the beautiful river, and Panguitch which was cute. Wonderful overall experience.

It was in a great and beautiful location short walk to the Jungle, the mountains, deers and river nearby, and major attractions. Furthermore, to the National Parks. We booked a neat room with pretty view, everything was wonderful...

Bring your own filters for the coffee maker since none are provided. Upper rooms may be noisy during your stay, so pack earplugs just in case.

Goog location, nice restaurant near, nice clean room.
No night sleep, verry noisy walls and horrible airco! like an airplane that goes up.

The motel was conveniently located along the route of my holiday tour.
The motel rooms in the wooden buildings are outdated. Ventilation system was not maintained (clogged filters) and didn't work. Fortunately openable windows with insect screen were provided. TV was from the previous millenium, but with a lot of cable networks. No breakfast provided. The nextdoor convenience store / restaurant was low on stock and didn't look inviting. The café Adobe down the road, however, is a nice place to eat. In short: In my opinion only good for a one-night stopover along the route.

Great location near attractions.
I was appalled by the lack of heating in my room. The night was freezing, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Thankfully, an extra blanket saved me, but I shouldn't have had to resort to that. Plus, I expected a more substantial breakfast for five dollars, but all I got was yogurt and cereals.

The location was great for getting to Bryce and other local stuff--the restaurant next door had good american food and the view off our back little porch was fantastic..
Well the mattresses need a major overhaul. Ours was sagging and you could feel every spring-other than that I loved this hotel. For the price range it was clean and acceptable..

Nice place considering it is a country hotel. Nice view with its own river. Owner made the fireworks show on his own. He didn't have to go through all this trouble and spenf money but he chose to do it for us the guests.
Could use a deep cleaning.

Need to update the guest booklet - there was no games room, and the menu for the restaurant next door was out of date.
